Accommodation & Facilities Our accommodation consists of six contemporary and modern self contained studio apartments. All of our rooms contain a sofa bed, Wardrobe, ensuite shower room, washbasins and a toilet. The rooms will be checked weekly for cleanliness’. There are kitchen facilities which include a sink, cupboards, hob and a fridge to allow residents to cater for themselves to aid independent living. Residents have their own keys and have 24 hour access to the accommodation. Residents have the back up of support staff if there are any problems. The accommodation and all services within meet all statutory obligations and are all covered by all relevant insurance. CCTV Monitored Living in Croydon With a population at the last census of over 330,000, Croydon is an exciting place for young people starting out. A range of College’s, Library’s, Sports/Health facilities, Shops, Parks, Churches, Mosques and entertainment means there is plenty of opportunity to go out and meet new people. Croydon also has excellent transport links to Central London (2010 extension of the East London Underground network to West Croydon) and beyond which brings all of the capital’s colleges and universities and its major employers within easy reach.
