An Oxford university graduate and former university lecturer is involved in all aspects of education advice. He will work closely with young people in developing personal development plans to give them realistic goals to aim for. The educational adviser will look at all their individual needs to make sure information about all problems and learning gaps are identified and solutions put in place. This will include working closely with education and training providers to locate the right opportunities for the young person. Ongoing educational support will be provided through regular one-to-one key work sessions.

Young people experiencing personal or emotional difficulties will be directed to appropriate conflict resolution programmes.

Personal development plans will be reviewed regularly depending on each young person’s individual circumstances to ensure there is constant focus on individual achievement and improvement.

We have good relationships with local community police support officers.
